Though we had taken our vehicle there on several occasions. They put in a faulty battery and instead of diagnosing the problem correctly, they continued to do other things such as put in a new alternator over 400.00 and after the car continued to not start and had to be towed each time. Never fixed the issue, they were next going to install a new starter and charge us for that. The only issue was that the 100.00 battery that was installed was bad. We had to take the car to another auto shop to have it diagnosed correctly and since the battery has been changed there has not been another issue. But we are out the 400.00 for an alternator we did not need. And would have gotten charged who knows what for a starter that wasn't needed either. Get a second opinion on repairs. This faulty battery in the end, costs us over 800.00 with towing charges and over 3 weeks of our time without a vehicle running properly!!!

This is an excellent company. I have had only good things happen with them.

Starter due to a loose wire, while other mechanic told me to replace it. Saved me $270. Ruth was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Henry was quick and efficient. Diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it fixed within the half hour. Prompt, friendly, and HONEST service. Would recommend to a friend.

"I went to Mercedes to have my stereo repaired and they told me the entire master command center would have to be placed. The cost for the service and parts was $8000. Being sane I said NO to the repair and went to Fred at Boca Auto. Fred repaired my radio. There was nothing wrong with the master command center, it was an issue of parts being replaced and some reprogramming. The entire cost for the stereo repair and a new transmission mount which I didn't even realize was cracked was under $800.Fred is a kind, caring and honest person. I will never go anywhere else. This was the first time I have ever taken my car to anywhere but the dealership, and being a younger female I was a little nervous because of horror stories I've hear about auto shops. After reading the reviews below I chose Boca Auto Center, I will never take my Jetta anywhere else. Simon and his mechanics are honest, hard working people. Ended up saving me a lot of money, I would have probably had to sell a kidney just to afford it. Plus I have a Volkswagen and their a pain in the but to work on.

I went to Boca Auto driving a car that I felt was going to break down on me at any moment and I left relieved and confident I was driving something reliable again. I give this place 6 stars! Honest up front and thorough

I am grateful that I found Boca Auto Service. While visiting my son it was apparent that he was having major auto problems and was at a total loss as to what to do. We saw 3 repair shops 1 simply said nothing is wrong (meanwhile oil was low after only a short distance), the 2nd shop said everything was fine and maybe it could be the "O" ring. The 3rd shop (a dealer) said it needed a new engine. The car was 7 years old w/45,000 miles. In a panic because we were leaving the next day I searched the internet and found Boca Auto. I spoke with Fred who said I'ld like to take a look I can't believe that the engine would be blown. We drove to his shop and after putting it on the lift it was true. Fred quoted a price $2,000 less than the dealer, arranged for a rental, and replaced the engine with a 12 month warranty. Something told me he was a good honest person, I left a 50% deposit, and left the next day confident I made the right choice....and I did. The car is running great!

I have been going to Boca Auto for several years with my car, and not once did I have have to question what the owner said needed to be done. All of the work on my car has been completed in a timely maner and with a job well done. What I like best about going there, (for all you woman) is that I get explained to me what is going on, why it is happening and how it can be fixed in the best way to fit my budget...I have never been back for the same problem twice..
