Fenix Strategies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Fenix Strategies was established in 2017 as consulting/advising group, which provides individuals, local, state, and federal government agencies training, security, and risk management solutions. Fenix Strategies accomplishments are directly related to our experienced and highly skilled employees, whom are mostly law enforcement and military veterans. Our design is to recognize and develop solutions for capability gaps in organizations and exploit vulnerabilities. We continue to evolve from lessons learned and shared experience from all over the military, law enforcement, corporate, local community, and continue to advise for future operations
