Why is the staff so nasty? This is the nastiest bunch of people that I have ever encountered. I called on a Saturday to see if the area was open and the lady on the phone stated " I would not be answering the phone if we were closed and hung up". What I have seen since I have been going to the Waste and Recycling Center is that STAFF literally hate their jobs and this is so sad since they have so much contact with the public.
