Wow. I have not had Indian cuisine this good in any other metro restaurant. Wife & kids loved it too. We had a lot of mains & appetizers and they were very good to outstanding.Decor was basic & the location mundane but the service & food were excellant. With Real Jalisco just north a few blocks on Highway 7 this could be EJC's 39th street!

I can't say it enough, the food here was outstanding! I can't wait to go back. The other Indian restaurants I've been to don't even come close. The host was very warm & friendly too. If you are a connoisseur of Indian food you must try Maharaja

In Blue Springs, Missouri, Maharaja is to Indian food what Real Jalisco is to Mexican food. Authentic, carefully prepared, served with warmth and pride! The meal here blew the KC Indian food standards, Korma Sutra and Taj Mahal out of the water! The hosts are welcoming and warm and the food is as comforting as the Naan and Lassi is fresh.



If your inner (or outed) superficial snob requires trendy decor and advertising buzz before you will grace a restaurant, stay at home. If you have a heart for great food and the people who prepare it, you CAN'T MISS Maharaja. Leave your snob behind, open your mind, get your fingertips messy and your tastebuds and tummy satisfied!
