      As a licensed massage therapist, holistic life coach, and Reiki Master I use my intuition and knowledge to provide the most professional service I can offer. I have knowledge in sports and medical type massages. My goal is to always to help you have less pain, tension and stress. As well as more flexibility, range of motion and relaxation. I am also a Reiki Master and Certified Life Coach. Whether you need focus work, deep tissue, relaxation or therapeutic massage, I can help. Using lacrosse balls, tuning fork, and intuition I can ease tension, lesson pain, and increase flexibility and ROM that are due to muscle imbalances
