Blue Springs South High School operates under the Blue Springs School District. Located in Blue Springs, Mo., it offers classes from grades nine through 12. The school enrolls more than 1,300 students every year. Blue Springs South High School provides classes in various subjects, including business and technology, food and nutrition, child development, statistics, family relations, language arts, mathematics, English, science and social studies. It has a parent-teacher association that participates in school activities and events. The school also offers various college preparatory courses in fine and practical arts, physical education, and several core and general electives. The Blue Springs School District also operates Chapel Lakes Elementary School, Valley View High School and Delta Woods Middle School.
