Known for it's biscuits & sausage gravy, ham & Spinach florentine frittata, house-made cinnamon rolls, quiche, Waldorf chicken sald, turkey bacon avocado wrap, grilled Reuben sandwiches, fresh locally grown salad greens, house-made dressings, pastries, cookies, cakes, strawberry Napolean's, plus many other made in-house baked goods. Featuring locally roasted coffee from award winning Broadway Roasting Company, and locally grown produce from Urban Bounty Farms, Wetting My Plants Farm, Blue Springs Farmers Market, Sibley Orchards, and locally sourced foods from Buffalo Ridge Bison, Berry Nutty Farms, Polly's Pop, Louisburg Cider Mill, Emily Kate's GF Bakery, Golden Rule Honey, and many other LOCAL suppliers.
