Comcast is misleading!! There package for TV channel are changing often.we have some channels took away from the package so they can ad $10 more to our bill!!! I donot recomand then to any one!!!!!

Comcast is terrible. I have one day off a week and I sat in my apartment all day waiting on sometime to collect the equipment. The cable was shut off but no one came to get anything. I then called to find out they moved the collection day without notifying me. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to physically return the equipment to their office? What gives? Terrible customer service..

The customer service was horrible. They cancelled my order without any notification, all because of the people who lived in my apartment before me. It would have been ok to work it out if they had just notified me of a problem. It was just absurd. I spent my one day off sitting in my apartment waiting for an installer who never came. I'm looking for another service now, but I might end up going with comcast anyway, because it is the only one I have found so far that will service my apartment. If I didn't need internet access for my job, I wouldn't even bother.
