Founded in 1803, George Stevens Academy is an independent high school that offers educational programs in grades 9 through 12. It has an annual enrollment of more than 350 students. The academy operates various departments that include math, science, fine arts, computer technology, languages, social studies, industrial and computer technology, and health and physical education. George Stevens Academy also offers various programs, including English as a Second Language. It maintains an office of faculty and student services that offers college and career guidance, as well as provides individual attention to help students to plan their success in high school. The academy has a library and media center that features various magazines, newspapers and reference books. George Stevens Academy is located in Blue Hill, Maine.
