      We LOVE El Tio- it has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Blue Earth. The homemade chips and salsa are awesome (and free!) and everything is very authentic. Great fresh squeezed juices every day and VERY affordable. My husband and I eat there at least once a week. Delicious!!
