So disappointed. They are very understaffed, they are nonchalant about just about everything that occurs which includes: The well-being of the residents, the pendants that they brag about - do not work and the time log of when pendants are pressed by patient and when the aides respond are not accurate, residents are not checked on very often, and yes although the aides are kind, they think that makes up for their lack of care that they provide. There is no eye for detail and so much more that is not being done. They put on a pretty show but is absolutely awful..

The General Manger and the Care Coordinator really do not care and it is obvious...Again a pretty show and that is it...
