The limo showed up on my wedding day with a huge dent on the side of it. This is unacceptable when you are paying nearly $400 per hour for a vehicle. I spoke to Secret's two times the week of my wedding and they failed to inform me that the limo had recently been in an accident. They were only concerned with collecting my full final payment. I should have been notified of the damage and offered a vehicle of equal or greater value as stated in their contract. There isn't much you can do when the vehicle shows up damaged on your wedding day and they already have full payment. Secrets contacted me after I posted a negative review and offered me a $200 credit towards a future limo service...so to please a dissattisfied customer, they give you credit so you use them again, give them more business, and spend more money?...no thank you.

We had a great night and Secrets was very professional and added to the evening. I don't use a Limousine Service too often and don't have much to comare to, but they were great.

I used Secrets Limousine for my wedding and they did an amazing job. They were professional, on-time, personable and they made sure that the day went smoothly. I used a few of their limousines for my wedding day and the Chauffeurs were fantastic. They held the train of my dress while I walked, gave me water in between pictures and even held my flowers when my arms were tired of holding them! After the ceremony, Chuck, my chauffeur gave a small toast to us and had champagne and glasses set up on the red-carpet. I felt like a celebrity! They even brought all of the bags into the bridal suite for us. They literally took care of everything! My friend recently used them for her wedding and she loved them too! I would highly recommend Secrets Limousine Service to anyone!

As if planning for a wedding isn't stressful enough, this company refused to honor a contract. After being contacted and told I would have to pay almost DOUBLE what I was quoted, I was called a liar and a cheat by the owner of the company who offered $100 off full price. He said I should have known that the price was too good to be true and he didn't want to to business with someone like me.

Everything from the Escalade, to the service, to the reservation, to the chauffeur was amazing! Ive never experienced such a nice vehicle and great service for such a low cost. Richard was our driver and he was phenomenal, he even went as far as to check the arrival of our flight before coming out. He was very professional and the service and timing with him was excellent! A bunch of dishonest people. I paid for the red carpet and never got it. The driver claimed that I went overtime when I didn't , and the salesperson is extremely rude, and wrongfully charged my father-in-law for the overtime(who had a different contract for a different car). A guest of mine had left something in the car and called the driver to get directions of where she can pick it up, the creepy driver brought it back returned the car back to the limo company and then called my guest at 1:30am to hang out. NEVER AGAIN!

I can't thank you enough for the Party Bus last night. The kids had a blast. I am sure you heard from the driver. They were still smiling this morning. It was the BEST party.... and everyone had a great time. The driver was great with the girls...he was friendly, very kind and cheerful.
