Provided by YP.comI called to check if they had the part I needed in stock (an Ice Dispenser Bucket Auger) and they replied that they did. I went at lunch that day to pick up the part and the gentleman behind the counter that assisted me was friendly, professional and I was in and out in 5 minutes. And the part was comparably priced to the ones I had found online. A great experience and I will use them again.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT do business with this organization. I requested a knob for my dryer and the employee said i requested an on/off switch and would not send the requested part free shipping and on top of that they have a 20% restocking fee even tho it was their fault

Provided by YP.com1st class outfit. I called in and asked about a part. I showed up later without model number and they found my call from earlier in the day and located the part I needed based upon notes from my call.

Provided by YP.comI spoke to a person on 2/20 9:45 a.m. It was obvious he didn't have the time or effort, to assist me. My problem is if your job requires you to communicate with customers you better have good people skills. He obviously does not. I have bought parts from this business in the past. I will probably do so in the future. I have to admit I felt very perturbed, insulted

Provided by YP.comI had a heating element go bad in a whirlpool dryer, and they had the part in stock for just a little over $50. Whirlpool's website was quoting $85+SH. Great experience. Friendly folks working the counter, they were not afraid to smile and laugh while I was there engaging in conversation. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, that's where I'm headed.
