I ordered two new tires yet I received a new one and one that has at least 10,000 miles of wear. I'm not blind. Issue has yet to be resolved.

Bob Sumerel has been great to work with. They have special ordered tires for several cars, including Porsche and BMW, at reasonable prices and have installed them carefully. I have never been overcharged and work has been done on time.

I have spent $1500 and have had the car in 3 times. They are yet to fix the problem. Just a bunch of parts replacers. Where have the true mechanics gone to?
