This auction has very ambiguous policies that are not clear. What a problem arises they will do nothing to help you. In my case they try to enforce a policy that they do not even address in their policies!!! How could this be??? I believe the owner is more concerned about his profits than customer satisfaction. My advice to any auction dollars beware beware beware!!! I will never go back and if you're smart you wouldn't go there either.
