MacExperience, a locally-owned Apple Authorized Service Provider, has been part of the Bloomington community since 2002. We work on in warranty and out of warranty Apple products, including iPhone repair. Great and friendly people that are very knowledgable about Apple products. Took my iMac in for repairs and they were able to get it fixed in a timely manner and it was the price they originally quoted me.

I brought in a Macbook Pro because it wasn't booting, and they did a quick diagnostic right there in front of me. They made a guess at what was wrong, and gave me a quote on how much it might be. Both turned out to be correct. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the details of my technical problem. Great experience.

Cannot say enough good about these guys I brought in my Mac Book Pro because the chip board/motherboard was failing. They sent it in to Apple had it back to me in under 72 hours. My personal experience with them was as good as it could have been. I did note some of their prices for other services which seem rather expensive to me. Ram upgrade is $299 while the actual cost of the RAM itself is like $65 and takes about 10 minutes to do, a system backup is $90 which you can buy a portable backup for less than that and do it yourself. Overall I still gave them 5 stars because I am judging by my experience.

My older Mac computer that I use for business finally crashed, and my data seemed lost as my backups would not load onto backup computer that I had. Joshua at MacExperience took control of my disaster and did everything possible (including interrupting his vacation) to try to get me back to where I was. He stuck with it, when it seemed that there was no solution, and eventually got it solved. They are great people who really care and want to help.
I can't recommend this place enough!! every single person who helped me, and there were at least six different guys who helped me over the course of three days of computer diagnosis, then purchase, then dealing with corrupted data migration... l. I recommend buying your stuff here too, not just repairing things, so you support the local business as well as the local employees.

Aaron was most helpful and patient in helping me select a new computer. His knowledge of the different models made the choice an easy one. I went back to the store two days later after spending five hours on the phone with Apple Care without a resolution to the problem I was having a problem with transferring data to the new computer. Jordan took care of the problem immediately and efficiently. All problems were resolved and all my data saved. I have read that the people at this store are not very friendly. If you want friendly, go to the Apple Store in Indianapolis. You will get all kinds of friendly but you will also get a frenzied environment with potentially long waits even with an appointment. When asking questions, the employee helping you may be interrupted a few times with questions from other employees. And then there is the long wait in a long line to pay. I got what I wanted at this store - professionalism, expertise and great service.

Jordan was an incredible help when my hard drive failed. He was able to recover all the information and re-imaged my new Mac Air overnight. He was professional, helpful and very kind.
