Everytime I go to this location I get horrible service. Today I dropped my car off and I asked 3 times if they would call when it was done. They never called..I had to call them. The guy ringing me up at the front desk keeps yelling at someone on the phone and then looks at me and says "I assure you that is not a customer" Customer or not, you should not be talking like that to anyone on the phone in front of customers. One other time I called to have my alignment checked they told me to bring the car right over. I drive 45 mins to get there for them to tell me that the alignment guy is gone. If we didn't buy the lifetime alignment package I would never go back.

Very honest about how much the work will cost. My car ended up costing more than it was worth and they let me leave in their lot for a couple weeks until I could have it sold off. Much appreciated!

I am hugely disappointed with my service over the last several months. In September, I went to get 1 tire fixed, and the servicer convinced me (in all likelihood, unnecessarily) that I needed three new tires, and that they could match my remaining tire. They sold me three tires which were the wrong size, a full 1 1/4 inch smaller than the other tire on my car. When I noticed problems with the handling occurring not long after the change, I was concerned, so i had my alignment checked. The alignment was fine. I then took the vehicle back to the same location, and asked them to diagnose the problem. They proceeded to give me a $1,200 estimate for ball joint and other repairs. I decided to shop around, and took the vehicle to three separate reputable mechanics in town. All three, independently, gave me the same response: The three new tires mismatched the other one, that it was an egregious and very basic mistake, and that the ball joint assembly was in perfect condition. That is to say, not only did FIRESTONE cause the my problem with their incompetence in the first place, but then they tried to STEAL $1,200 more from me with a clearly unnecessary, wasteful, and dishonest repair.



NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL MAKE YOU WAIT IN A LONG LINE BEFORE THEY STEAL YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
