The workers are knowledgeable of their departments, kind and caring and most importantly, honest. If something doesn't fit your lifestyle, they will make it clear that you do not need it. They listen and learn from each conversation about who they are helping, even if it is as simple as a music album. If all shopping sites across the US had this kind of helpful staff on hand, I think this country would be a much happier place.
