Three words to describe this place: excuses, excuses, excuses. The part I ordered, I was told would take 2-3 days. After the 4th day rolled around, I called (giving them a WHOLE EXTRA DAY) I was given incorrect information (the part would be in after the 2pm truck gets in, and they?d call me). No one called. So I called again, ?there?s no such thing as a 2pm truck here.? Where?s my part?! No answer?my husband and I had to hound them multiple times a day to get any answers. After a week and a half I finally got my part, with not so much as an apology. If you can, avoid this place at all costs, unless you enjoy the run-around and poor customer service. I wish I would have.
