I would recommend that you do not go to mega replay to trade in games and systems. Today I went to mega replay based on reviews to turn a play station 3 and 8 games and two controllers. No game scratches and nothing wrong with the system. They gave us $24 and did not accept the controllers or 1 game. Then I went to game stop to trade the controllers and game and received $32. I find it completely outrageous that mega replay claims top dollar trades and gave us less of a trade in than 2 controllers and 1 game. I will no longer purchase or trade in anything at mega replay anymore.

I have never written a revised before, but for this situation I had to. I bought Skyrim for the Xbox 360 yesterday. When I got it home, it was not like I thought it would be, so I called and told them I would like to return it. They said it was no problem, just bring it by and they would give me store credit. This was fine, cause I wanted to buy Dragon Age 2 with the credit. When I went there they told me that they would BUY the game back for less than half the price that I payed the day before. Even though I had a receipt and it was less than a day! I bought my 360 from them, and I was gonna buy my ps3 from them, but now that have lost my business for a lousy 14 dollars. Good customer service would have been to credit me what I payed for the game. But the manager was so intent on getting a few extra bucks, that he lost hundreds of potential dollars. Shame. A business can be so greedy that they can kill themselves. I don't know who put this guy in charge, but he has alot to learn about service. It's just too bad that its too late, as I will never frequent this place again!

I absolutly love this place. I found out this store existed about a month ago and I've been there every week since. They have great prices and they pay very fair amounts of cash and store credit for your trade ins. I just wish I lived closer to Bloomington so I could go there more often. I've been to all the Disc Replay/Mega Replay stores in the Chicagoland area and this one is by far the best. I just can't say enough about how much I love this place. :)
