I can't say enough wonderful things about Loving Care Pet Companions. I have been using them since 1-5-14 when I injured my right leg and could not walk Lady, my sweet little sheltie. We are new to the Bloomington-Normal area and immediately I began a search for a pet sitter for my two cats. I found LCPC on the internet and am so happy I gave her a call! She first came to my home to meet my babies and to develop a care plan for them based on their needs. (I have a senior kitty with special needs) They have provided services for me 3 times since June and am already scheduled for February. I would highly recommend LCPC to anyone who loves their pets and expects a high quality of care for them while away from home.

I have used Loving Care services multiple times over the past several months, on a daily basis and while I've traveled, and they continue to exceed my expectations. They care for my animals as much as I do and provide a level of service I've not encountered before. They text, send photos and videos and leave detailed notes so I always know exactly what is going on with all four of my pets, even without me asking. Give them a try, and I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Kathi and her team are incredible! They watched my dog and cats for a week and when I came home the animals were great! I received frequent updates as well! I will never board my pets now that I know about Kathi and her services! Just amazing!

Our meeting with Kathi was so helpful and beneficial. It is clear that she cares deeply for animals. We felt very comfortable trusting our dogs' welfare to her while we were out of town. She gave us lots of good advice for minimizing their anxiety while we were gone.

Kathi has been a reliable and caring pet sitter for our cats, Jack and Cali, along with our new puppy, Molly. She has provided our pets a safe alternative to boarding. I don't have to worry about the safety of my pets when I am away from home.

This is a great service we use almost once a month so that my wife and I can get away for the weekend. They also watch the house which is a added bonus as we went away last year, and they dicsovered a leak and called the property management company saving us a hassle and potential damage to our personal goods. 5 starts may not be enougj

What a relief to finally find a great service like this! I was finally able to go on vacation and not worry every second about my pets. Kathy and her team did a great job! Everyone (1 dog and 3 cats) were great when I returned. I was even a day late returning due to bad weather, but Kathy and team kept right on doing a great job. I will no longer have to fear leaving town. So happy!!!

I was so impressed with your service! I loved the daily log! Everyone was excited to see us when we came home, but Im sure they had a good vacation too! I have been using Kathi and her team for over two years now. They are excellent. I receive text messages and photos every day I am away from my 3 kitties. The staff really care about the cats and it is evident in everything that they do. My boys are happy and well taken care of when I return home. I never worry about anything, no matter how long I am away. The piece of mind knowing that my boys are in their home and don't have to be stressed out in a kennel is priceless. Thanks to Kathi and her wonderful staff for making this possible.

Kathi took great care of our two cats when we were out of town. It was a wonderful alternative to kenneling since our "children" do not play well with other animals. The emails from each visit showed the care Kathi took to maintain the schedule they were used to. Kathi clearly understands cats and let them hide until they felt secure enough to demand attention.

Kathi and her staff have cared for my labrador retriever for almost 3 years... I don't know what I would do without them. Kathi truly cares and treats my dog as her own. They have always accommodated any date or request; pay exceptional attention to detail; send updates after each visit; make sure I am home and are flexible to adjust visits based on travel needs. Kathi even calls to check on my pup after a surgery, recommends helpful solutions for anxiety needs... and sent me a card after my own surgery! She and her staff are like family. With excellent customer service and true love for animals, I will always use LCPC when I am traveling, when I need extra help- any time. This service is worth every penny and then some. With the year ending I would like to share my experience with Loving Care. They take of my talk twice a week and numerous times throughout the year for 3-5 days.
