The company has a fleet of more than 15,000 school buses and 19,000 drivers. First Student also offers a variety of other services, including full turnkey contracting, special needs transportation, management contracting, coach services, bus leasing and maintenance and sports and field trip services. First Student s operations are organized under FirstGroup America, which provides student transportation, public transit and public fleet maintenance services to more than 800 customers throughout the United States.
