The worst eyeglasses appt ever! I talked to 6 people throughout scheduling and appt. Told 3 of the that I only came for eyeglasses and they still have me an unauthorized medical exam! $120...and say someone wrote down that I authorized something I told 3 pele I didn't want. 3 people didn't care what THE PATIENT has to say! Outrageous incompetence!
Last 2-3 visits were bad. Went in and much the previous reviewer said is true. I went in with a problem then since I was there went ahead and had an eye exam with no lens equipment to judge strength of correction, the doctor gave me a prism strength of 12 from the previous 6 which was a major adjustment that was corrected by my going back to my regular doctor. Like an idiot that same visit, I ordered my new lenses and when I picked them up, the prism correction for each eye was submitted reversed (wrong correction in each eye) and they argued with me re: the problem. Will need cataract surgery in the far future and I definitely will not go to Gailey's.
