Most patient folks ever. If they don't have answer, they will find out. I'm new to vaping and they explained everything, you can try ejuices b4 you buy. They stand behind everything they sell. I bought a defective tank somewhere else that refused to make it right in anyway. They fixed it no charge. Just the best.
