Connecting Point is The Place for Apple in Illinois. I've been to many Apple stores across the U.S.A. None of them have had the Guest Service that I recieve when I walk in to Connecting Point Computer Center. The knowledge and efficiency of the staff is amazing showing the management really understands the need of there customers. Connecting Point Has changed a lot sense I first time I entered there doors. The switch to Apple only was there shinning moment. They had always lent towards Apple but focusing on it made the experience as a customer more enjoyable. To say the least connecting point has never let me down, and I will continue my patronage there. Knowing I will always be in capable hands.

These guys are awesome. I heard they were the place to go to if I wanted to see all the Apple stuff in Bloomington but was amazed when I found out that's ALL they do. Everything in there is Apple which made me happy. Every Apple product you can actually hold and play with and the two people I talked to were so courteous and helpful. I was told they service Macs too but did not have anything to service. I have to admit it was nice just talking to someone who knew about Apple stuff and not treat me like a moron. They didn't make me feel like I was being strong-armed into buying something. They showed off some great features, asked me questions, and made recommendations. I would definitely recommend them if you are even thinking about an Apple computer. And OMG the iPad is awesome!

Just had my MacBook Pro serviced there under AppleCare. The staff were very knowledgable and the tech fixed my issue quickly. It was also nice to be able to have them show off the iPad and the Apple TV (and actually pick up and play with one).

They are pros when it comes to everything Mac including fixing them. Looked like every Apple product was in stock when I bought my iMac there. Super friendly. Also only place in town that has Apple software.
