Called because top load washer was not spinning. Repairman comes out and says its the wire harness. Replaces harness, recalibrates it and leaves. Tried to do a load of laundry and the washer would not engage. Cycle. Recalibrate washer again and it seems to work. Goes almost through the cycle then when its time to drain and spin... no spinning. Call repairman again this time he says oh its a sensor I installed wrong. He fixes it. We try running washer again, this time it floods the room. Drive up to bensons to explain the situation to manager, repair man is there smirking and laughing the whole time, because apparently not fixing the washing machine and flooding my bathroom is funny. Do not call these guys for anything, shoddy work and terrible customer service.
