If you pay that optical premium in your paycheck this is a great place that is good for the Doctor visit. But when they hand you over to the sales depatment it is a different story. You end up paying more out of pocket if you use your insurance. They offer no discount un the unbelievable high prices since your insurance pays for it and your only responsible for the co-pay. But since there RETAIL PRICING IS SO OVER THE TOP the cost above insurance co-pay will still be above average this goes for both frames lens and add on. Since the inflate the retail price for the insurance company you better off not using your insurance. Ask them what specials they are offering. There special discount there inflated the price so much that it actually cheaper to not us the insurance you pay for at "All about Eyes". I had them do a side to side comparison and for the exact quotes, there was a 150.00. And there discounted special is on the winning side. They blamed my insurance that they needed to submit the bill to them with no additional discounts. So then it can only be submitted to them at retail price. I asked them if I can get these official quotes. But they told me they can not print anything so I had them hand write them out. So i have proof of this. Ended up going to SAMS club and got top of the line frames and lens combo and was able to submit for an out of network claim. Beating both their quotes by more the half. VERY HAPPY I DID THIS INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM RIP ME OFF. But they have great specials for families without insurance. BUT if you plan to use your insurance you pay for then best luck elsewhere or don't mention you have it.

My two boys and I went to All About Eyes to get my oldest a pair of glasses. I was struggling to get in the door since I had my youngest was in a stroller. Brygida K was kind enough to hold the door for me. She was also the one who helped us. My son needed a minute to pick out a pair of frames. Brygida K came and checked on us a few times just to make sure we didn't have any questions or needed help before my son found the frames he really liked. They were very busy that day but every employee made sure to greet customers who were coming and going. Brygida K is very friendly thank you for a great first experience!

I went to All About Eyes to get new contacts. Their check up was very timely, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable! They have a large selection of designer glasses if that's something you're looking for.

The staff was great, and they had a large selection of frames, but the glasses were shoddy workmanship. I won't go back. We bought 4 pair of glasses all on the same day. Within 6 months, on 3 of the 4 pairs, the lens coating began wearing off. Since we'd not purchased the extra insurance, there was nothing they would do about it. The 1 pair of glasses that didn't show ugly evidence of the lens coating wearing off had a different issue -- the frames broke about 13 months after purchase.

Couldn't ask for anything more! From the moment I walked in I felt important. More than just a money sign which seems to be the only important thing to these types of places these days. They were more than helpful and honest with me. I would recommend All About Eyes to everyone! I absolutely love my glasses and with their awesome referral program I got my last pair for free! Can not be beat! A+++ establishment!

So I have been wearing glasses since I was three years old. Having worn glasses for soo long, they have come to be a part of me. It always takes me forever to find a pair that I love. When I went into All About Eyes the girl working there told me that they can typically get a hold of any frame that I find. I ended up finding a frame I got my heart set on and got the information off of it. I went back to All About Eyes with the information. Not only did they order my frame but they got it for me a lower price! Next time I'm ready for glasses, I won't even think about going anywhere else!

If you need anything optical related this is the place. I can't say enough about this company's customer service, price and selection. The Doctor I saw was great, too. I will never go anywhere else than All About Eyes.

HORRIBLE! They don't know the meaning of the term "customer service"! I was ignored from the moment I entered the store. Had to ask THREE workers before I was helped. The woman who "helped" me reeked of beer, and was an utter snob! I wanted designer glasses, but it wasn't worth putting up with her bull for them. Went back a week later to see if I'd have better luck. Got a guy who seemed preoccupied the entire time. My glasses came back with the wrong prescription (my doctor even checked them for me) and they REFUSED to give me a refund or remake them! What jerks!! Doesn't matter- the Dolce & Gabbana frames I picked out came back with scratches all over them. I've bought D&G before, I think the ones they sell are fakes. This place should be shut down!!

All About Eyes provides outstanding service and has a great selection of glasses. I purchased glasses from their store and after two weeks, they still weren't comfortable. They have a 30 day return policy which they honored. I received a new pair of glasses with no questions asked and at no additional cost. The employees have all been very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend All About Eyes.
