I would give them one star if I could. Apparently this company thinks it's totally acceptable to not show up to a scheduled appointment. Not even a courtesy call! Looks like we'll be without hot water for yet another day. Out scheduled appointment window was between 11-3. It's now 5 PM and still not a clue of they guy is even going to show up. We've called twice. Last we heard, the dispatch lady was unable to get ahold of their tech. That was at 4 PM, after we called back a second time. If I were to conduct business like this I would have no business. I have filed a complaint with the warranty company. They do not need a company like this representing them. It really makes me doubt using Lowe's for any major appliances.

I think Gennaro's Plumbing did a great job for us! The man was knowledgeable about our tankless water heater and is helping us solve our problem. We recommend them highly!

this company was amazing! I have never had a plumbing company come to my home that was so professional. I have a home warranty company, and in the past I have been sent some Questionable plumbers. I had franco from Gennaro's and he was just great. My water heater was a mess and no one was able to find out what was but he did! I highly recommend this comany

I can't say enough about the wounderful service I recieved from this company! The phone staff was wounderfully pleasant and knowledgeable. And when the tech arrived to my home he too was extremely knowledgeable and advised me how to take care of my problem.If it would happen again, I highly recommend this company.
