Jefferson County Vocational School, located in Bloomingdale, Ohio, provides a variety of vocational education, training and technical courses. The school offers various courses, such as electrical trades, auto body and service, graphic arts, integrated networking, cosmetology, criminal justice, culinary arts, information technology, and carpentry. It also provides adult education programs for computer, trade, industrial, and finance and business. Its criminal justice program offers instruction on unarmed self-defense, radio communications and finger printing. It also offers a two-year auto service program that includes automatic, transaxle, manual transmission, engine repair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, and electronic systems. The school also offers cafeteria service for its students and organizes field trips to postsecondary schools and Norwalk Raceway Park.
