I am not a techie, so when Blue Star called and was looking to assist with our I.T. needs, I felt like I was going to have another one of those technology conversation where I felt stupid as a business owner who is supposed to know everything. Honestly I hate technology because I dont understand it as well as the tech people and I feel like they can never speak in simple terms. If you have ever had the same feeling or experience, these guys at Blue Star have done something right and I can't believe we ever got along without their services. Blue Star is all about explaining and documenting so that I can have the facts in front of me and then make a decision. They were able to turn 1's and 0's into a business discussion and actually tried to have a business conversation. that's a first!! And part of the reason why they are such a valuable part of my team now.If you are even remotely thinking about having them assist you, make sure you get a demo on their Compass product. It awesome!

This company is great, they have fantastic response and saved me a ton of money. They also let me test drive their product before buying. What's not to like.

This company has a truly unique product and business model. It's hard for me to understand how they do what they do but they saved me fifty percent on my IT expenses and are providing more services than we have ever had.
