I walked into the Best Buy [broken IPod] when I walked over to customer service a God was standing behind the desk. His name read Eric. Instead of sending me to the "Sea of Problems", Eric helped take care of my problem quickly. Suggesting a different alternative instead of transferring my data to another IPod.
