Step by Step Pediatrics is the vision of Dr. Flynn. He started this private pediatric practice because of the need to increase access and availability of pediatric services to the children and families in the Bloomfield community and its surrounding areas. He is the sole proprietor and practitioner of Step By Step Pediatrics, PC. The goal is to provide a higher quality of healthcare for the children in the community at every step from birth to adulthood. His vision is to create a true medical home where patients can always feel comfortable coming to see the doctor. He also strives to provide an environment where the doctor-patient/parent communication will be as effortless as possible. Dr. Flynns position is that each child is special and parents like his mild manner and patient friendly communication.
