I had 4 or 5 issues that needed taken care of and they came out took care of every single one of them the day after I called. Even told me that one of items would be quite the job and that it could easily be years before it would really need to be done. So honest and fair, and sharp. I wish my mind were as sharp as this guys! He is at least 20 years older than me and sharp as a whip! Didn't get lost in my meandering house or forget anything I told him even about all the problems. I showed them all to him at once - over three different floors and then he just got to work and fixed em all. I got these guys from my neighbor who has been trusting them for over 25 years. I am very pleased with the work they did and the whole process. Highly recommend.
