Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc was created in 1997 to address the unmet health care and mental health care needs people with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. Since that time, Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc has grown to operate four comprehensive primary care sites, each serving a distinct region of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities Depending upon available funding, Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc provides primary care, mental health services, seizure management, case management, behavioral consultation, family support, and managed care services in each region. Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc performs its work with teams of health care professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and administrative support staff.New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities is a state-government agency responsible for providing services to eligible persons with developmental disabilities. The Division maintains central offices in Trenton. Community services are divided into four geographic regions across the state. The Northern Region consists of Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren counties and is served by regional offices in Paterson and Flanders. The Upper Central Region consists of Essex, Somerset, and Union counties and is served by regional offices in Newark and West Orange. The Lower Central Region consists of Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties and is served by a regional office in Trenton. The Southern Region consists of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties and is served by regional offices in Camden and Hammonton.Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance, Inc operates an office in each of the four DDD geographic regions. DDHA staff from these offices work closely with DDD community services.Our offices are closed on holidays.
