I only called to schedule a delivery as a new customer. The lady that answered was rude and lacked customer service considering I was calling to give them my business. She gave me their oil price as if I couldn't afford it. When I told her I would call back she practically hung up on me. I'll go without oil before I ever call them back and give them my money.
