This is the best place to get a great workout! Nothing beats Zumba, "exercise in disguise"!!! There are so many classes each day to choose from so there is no excuse, there is something to fit your schedule. If you wanted to try something other than Zumba then check out the Zumba in Circuit Class, it's a great workout in 1/2 the time. If Kickboxing is your thing then you can try that there too! There is something for everyone and it's so good for your soul. You also meet the best people!! Come try it, you will not regret walking through the door!!

You have to take a class at this studio with Pauline. She's one of the best dancers I'be ever seen. Great way to lose weight.
