They put my wife on hold for over 2 hours, and never picked back up. She had a question about billing. She was thinking about using their Oxygen service, not now! Too bad she was also calling to pay a bill too. If they can not answer a question they put you on hold and leave you there hoping you will hang up.

they have the worst support and service i've ever encountered. they constantly lie to me. they refused to send me statements. in over a year and a half, they sent me supplies only once. now i can't use my equipment very often because of old and worn parts.
