I dropped my 2014 Jeep off at Tri Star on Saturday, July 16, 2016 due to problems once again with my RPM's and screen. I pick it up on Thursday, July 21, 2016 had to wait until the new radio came in that is why they had it so long. When I pick it up I take pictures while in the parking lot of the mess it is inside. Grease finger prints on the interior, ceiling, doors etc. I wrote down the miles before dropping it off due to not trusting them already and good thing I did because they drove my car 44 miles. A fishing hook was found in my floor mat on the passenger side along with a hole in my ceiling! I am beyond pissed! I would never trust or recommend Tri Star to anyone. Not only have I had problems, two of my friends who bought cars in the same month have as well.

Not "quick" as their name implies. Just check that you oil plug is in after service because twice on my new car I leaked after oil changes and my husband had to go under the car and tighten.
