I built a mower on Toro online w/options. Your dealer gets notified from Toro of your mower/what is to be installed. Toro ships it & options to the dealer. Shipments are always separate. The dealer is to call you & deliver AFTER they install. "Andys mow town in Blair, NE calls me & specifically says: I have your mower put together & ready to deliver. I replied great, Ill pick it up myself. I got there & outside is a mower without options. I had a gut feeling Andy was going to try to pass it off. I was right. He came outside, completely ignored options & starts rattling off a mantra like -this is your key, this is your..-. I let him talk & said -This is not my mower, it doesn't have options I ordered-. First he tried to ignore. Finally, realizing hes not getting away with stealing my PAID FOR OPTIONS & INSTALLATION; he tries to pass it off -they send it & YOU install it-. I said -bull, they are supposed to be installed already-. (like Toro was going to send me my premium seat among my others & I was supposed to install it myself & then do what??keep the cheapie seat??---RIIIIIIGHT) I told him, -Im not taking a mower I paid for with options that were supposed to be installed by you-. He starts throwing a tantrum (hes going to have to eat it & you dont know how this works!). I told him-Ill just leave it here until you get my mower with my options installed on it- & walked to my truck. He goes inside in a huff. I thought about it & rechecked Toros website & policy & I was right, this dealer was lying to me. I thought.I better take it home or this ____ will jack with it. I went in & said: -Ill take it & put the options on myself when they come TO MY HOUSE-. (I knew he was lying-they were not coming to my house because I had already checked tracking numbers). Both the mower & the options were being shipped to him. He knew this. Toro PAYS the dealer to install the options (Toro themselves confirmed this to me) SO..this joker comes outside in a huff, probably feeling like he had won something..jumps on the mower, starts it without a ___ word & starts driving it up to my trailer. I said -whoa, I at least want to make sure the hydros track straight-. He looks at me- all ____ off, jumps off the mower, so I walk to get on, turn around & this _______ is back in his building. He had thrown the mower packet/manual & bag on my pickup and just took off. SO.I took it home and called Toro. The first people I got tried to lie to me as well (the level 2 customer service told the poor level 1 that yep.this guy is supposed to install his own options when we send them to his house). !!____!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEVEL 2!!!! (lie, make it simple, tell the customer they are wrong so they shut up). I finally talked to a Mgr at Toro & she set it all right (and she was awesome too). She confirmed what I knew and what is on the Toro site..that this dealer knew he was getting the options, that they were paid for & that Toro was paying him to install them and then give it to me when it was complete. I told Toro what this guy pulled, every single detail of how he treated me, how he tried to lie and how he basically was trying to steal my options AND steal the money Toro was paying him to do his job. I told them.wait and see..this joker will call me up when the options come in and then try to tell me that Toro themselves ____it up. I was right about that too. Toro was now wise & werent happy. After a Toro mower lasted me 15 years, I deserved a decent purchase experience. This WAD ruined it. In the following days he was all hot on the e-mail and phone gollyToro messed it all up and now I have to come to your house and install these options". I just let him sit & asked Toro to credit me for the options (which they did), because there was NO WAY I was letting this ____ come to my house. I told Toro to fire Andy Andreasen- Good luck buddy- wrong move on the wrong person. WHAT WERE u THINKING

Andy's Mow Town is fantastic! Great, friendly service and a stocked show room. They have efficiently repaired my equipment, and I've enjoyed purchasing new there!
