my only complaint with A-Z is that if you are in your storage unit when they close the area at 10:00 pm you are then locked in. Your access code for the gate will not work and and you cannot get out. I feel that this information should be posted on the gate. The help button on the machine where you enter your access code does not work either as no one answers it. As a business manager it is sometimes late when we have time to access our storage unit, so this is a huge inconvenience.
