      If I could I would give a negative star rating. From the start, I have had to WORST customer service and care for my eyes. They "lost" my first ordered trial pair of contacts and then when I came to pick up the second trial pair, I was treated with total disrespect and told that they do not throw things away and I was in the wrong. Then wearing my second trial pair, they ripped within the first few days and when I called to see what they could do to fix this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do because my eyes were too bad and they didn't have anything in stock to help with my current prescription. I understand that my eyes may be different than most but as a clinic, you should be ready to serve all customers and if you are not able, tell them. Don't keep wasting time and money. The doctor also seemed VERY incompetent and not able to handle a higher prescription. SUCH A WASTE and now I am back to paying for another exam and only wearing one contact. DO NOT GO HERE! Terribl
