Had my van towed into Turnersville Transmission for them to look at. Pete the owner called within the day and told me the transmission was burnt. Yes I did figure that since it was not running. He explained everything that needed to be done and the possible other damage that may have occurred from driving. It was a very fair price. He called the next day to tell me that the pump and torque converter were damaged from the trans overheating and fluid burning. I told him to go ahead and replace and repair. Picked the van up today and road like it was new. I have 375000 miles on the van. The trans shifted so smooth I had to really pay attention to its shift. I want to thank Pete and Turnersville Transmission for an excellent job done. I highly recommend them to all who seek trans work. I think most of all was the honestly and communication that he extended to me. I guess that is why he is in business so long.

Pete is a great businessman , has a lot of knowledges and very experienced in transmission. I would take my cars to him than Aamco cross the street because I know his price is about half of what the Aamco would charge me

I just want everybody to know that these guys really know what theyre doing, they fix my car right the first time and the cost was a lot less then i had originally exprected. Thanks guys at Turnersville Transmission! It was a pleasant experience!

I have recently brought my 2002 Catillac Escalade to several shops to try and fix all of the problems I was having with it such as transmission problems as well as electrical problems. One of the shops claimed they fixed it and they did'nt and wanted me to pay again for continued service when I had already paid them to fix it the first time. I had talked to my girlfriend about it and she told me about Turnersville Transmissions and said how great her experience was there. So I decided to take my truck up there. I was first greeted by a guy named Pete (very friendly). I started to tell him about all of the problems I had been having with my truck and my experiences with the other shops. He then assured me that I was now in good hands and not to worry. One thing that stuck with me from my first visit there was that I could'nt get a ride home when I left my truck, so Pete had one of his trans guys give me a ride home. For him to take time away from a job, to do that for me was such an unselfish thing to do. I knew at that moment, my truck was in good hands. While my truck was at Turnersville Transmissions, Pete had called me several times to let me know what was going on with it and the progress he was making. Not once did I have to call him. When I did pick up my truck, Pete said it would ride like a brand new car, and it sure did! He also did'nt rip me off like the other shops did. I thought they were really reasonable, considering what I just went through. I still to this day have a truck that runs beautifully and if I have any questions Pete gets back to me as quickly as he can .It's hard to find honest, reasonable, and reliable mechanics. I'm happy to say that I will be a customer of Turnersville Transmissions from here on, as well as recommending them to my family and friends. A few have actually gone and had work done and had a great experience as well. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for all of your help. I greatly appreciate all you have done for me.

I had my SUV brought to Turnersville transmission, the transmission STILL currently continues to slip and I already brought it back to the place several times. The problem has yet to be fixed because every time I bring it there they claim they fixed it and do not do the job properly. I am tired of going there so I am now considering having it looked at by a more professional transmission place if necessary. It has been a waste of my time and was very expensive (a little over 1700$) . I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want a major headache. Pete was a nice guy but I don't trust him, he's nice on the phone but then when the job doesn't get done he always has an excuse. They even messed up my gear shifter and claimed it was already like that. My truck when parked rolled back and almost struck an incoming car after I jumped out of it because it would not properly go in gear. I honestly do not think their staff has a clue what they are doing. I had to tell them to fix the gear shifter, which I shouldn't have to do.The next time I was there they created a problem where the over drive blinked on and off and I had to immediately turn around and get them to fix it YET AGAIN! The gear shifter is currently still broke, on the dash it must say second to go into drive and drive to go into reverse, I never had that problem with the truck until the transmission place worked on my vehicle.

PETE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. NOT ONLY TRANSMISSIONS. I TAKE MY VEHICLE TO HIM FOR EVERYTHING. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND HIS EXPERIENCE IS UNSURPASSED.
