No one here at this private hospital is voluntarily there. It is an accurate definition of low-class insane asylum/low grade minimal security prison. Food was gross. Social workers make recidivism plans to bring you back in. I am moving out of NJ because of my mental health experience in its system. Totally abusive to my human rights. I missed job offers because of my 6 week detention where I could not check my email. I was mismedicated. Everything was totally mismanaged there. So terribly dumb and inefficient of a place. Really can't overstate how disgusting. Needs a Martha Stewart and UNESCO touch, really.
