Used this company for my carpet cleaning service, several times. Then I had a flood in my basement they came out and the service was great. Even the next day when the basement reflooded they were back out. They came out and the price was very reasonable.

Had them out to my house several times. They are always very professional and my carpets look brand new. One time a spot came back and they were back out the next day. Cleaned it up and it never came back, it was Free too. I give them 10 stars out of 5

They showed up quickly to service the carpet (initially) on a Thursday. But when an appointment was made to re-do the carpet the same week on Saturday because of a residual odor (based on their guarantee of satisfaction) they failed to show up. Repeated phone messages and pages (also email) were left at their office inquiring as to their status that day and no response was received by me, the new customer. The company FINALLY called on Monday. UNprofessional, inconsiderate and thoughtless! In summation - a disappointment beyond description. Steer clear.
