TERRIBLE customer service! I go to Virginia Tech and moved out of my apartment over two months ago. I went in to cancel my service 2 weeks before I moved out of my apartment and I am still being billed monthly for my cable and internet services. When I go in to their building or call them about the billing problems, they tell me that, "We will fix this problem soon." I have now talked to them 3 times with NO change. Whenever my internet or cable wouldn't work, it would take them almost a week before they would even make an appointment to come see what the problem is. I will never use comcast again.
