I ordered online at the Blackjack location two nights in a row. The first night which was 6/22/18 we waited over 3 hours for delivery while repeatedly calling the store and being placed on hold so we finally went to bed. Not to mention my 12 year old daughter had 4 of her starving friends over for a slumber party. I tried to give this same location another chance on 6/23/18 and place another online order at 9:20 pm and after calling several times complaining someone finally showed up at 11:25 pm. My wife and I were actually outside getting in the car headed to the store for a refund when the young lady pulled up. She assured us she would refund our money when she got back to the store considering the circumstances. We have yet to have received the refund. She did offer to still give us our food which was cold and dry. We ended up throwing it all away and going to White Castles since we had a house of hungry girls who insisted we order Dominoes two nights in a row. I am very upset with the customer service and lack of accountability that we experienced.

Ordered a pizza at 9:08 they said it would take 45 minutes After a hour went by called to see if they had correct address continued to wait. At 11:20 called an canceled the pizza they never said sorry or explained what was going on and I live .08 miles away from the store not even a hour
