First off for anyone who doesn't know this already. Regal nails in Bismarck is located inside of the north Walmart. I didn't know that.When I was looking for the place on my GPS I couldn't figure out where it was. Plus I called 4 days in advance to schedule my appointment for 2:45. Nobody touched my feet till 3:30! Plus on top of making me wait 45 minutes, my pedicure was only 15 minutes long. Just so people know. I was not impressed and I would not go back.

Terrible experience! My daughters were asked to come back in 30 minutes which we did and they still took other clients ahead of us. The literally dipped my daughter's feet in the water before her pedicure. My toes were filed so rough they caught on my pants. The put my feet in cold, filmy water partially left from the last client. The rushed me through my pedicure and asked my to move for another client. When I asked about my manicure, the manager uttered, "Oh God!". She motioned me to sit somewhere else and proceded to quickly file my nails. I was so uncomfortable, I told her I would polish my nails at home. She charged me $40 for filing my nails only! Never would I return! Completely unprofessional and not a very pleasant experience for my girls and myself.
