      Not a good place. Management lies, and is unfair. Elevator has been broke for several months. Place is very dirty. The star I gave them is being very generous. My advise go find some place else.

      HELLO THERE I HAVE A TIP FOR THE PATTERSON PLACE ABOUT A PERSON TRYING TO RENT FROM YOU GUYS, NAME IS COREY RENNER HE IS A BIG DRUG DEALER AND HAS A BAD RAP SHEET AT THE POLICE DEPARMENT ,RETAL HISTRY. LOOKING OUT FOR YOU GUYS AND GIVING YOU HEADS UP SO YOU GUYS DONT GET SCRUED OVER BY HIM
