Used to go there all the time last year for oil changes and all vehicle matience. But ever since the new owner took over I refuse to go there. Horrible customer service. Dont get me wrong there are a few people that are very nice but alot of fowl language and having to wait forever to get someone to the front desk. Sad to see the old owner sold it because i loved that place.
they picked the vehicle up from work to make things easier. fixed the water pump in that day and were very glad to have helped
Was initially told that it would take about an hour to have my car looked at repaired ( after explaining the situation). Dropped my car off and they said they would call before they did anything. 2.5 hours later, I called to find out the status. Said they had not looked at it and Adam was with another customer, but he would call me back in 5 minutes. Explained that I needed my car back at a certain time. Never called me back. Another 1.5 hours later, I called again and said that I would take it somewhere else since I needed my car back and they still had not looked at it. They again said that Adam would call me back, never heard from him until 1.5 hours later he called and said there was nothing wrong. Charged $85 to fix a loose screw under my hood and to "look at it." I took it to another place and they found a bad wheel bearing and I also needed new rear brakes. They told us to leave the store when we tried to discuss the situation with them. Poor customer service!
i took my truck in the have a transmission put in and the quoted a price of 1100.00 and charge me 1380.00 .. when i ask about this they blow me off ... i then reported them to the BBB and they called me and said they will look at the truck and refund 240.00 after they look at the truck the mechanic said the transmission was not working right ... a week later they told they are going to do nothing about it ... at that time i was homeless with a 7 year old and it took all the money i saved to get are house back .... i feel sorry for these people that hurt you when your down... i would never that anything to this place again ....
Highly recommend. The front desk man has excellent multi-tasking & people skills. The repair was well done and fair priced.
