I chose Sposa Bella because they had the dresses I wanted. The one positive thing I will say is the dmployees are polite. I have received many calls by accident telling me there were issues with the bridesmaids dresses I had ordered. Both the employees and the manager have made this mistake. I also left a message to talk to the manager several times which was never returned. I was misinformed several times that the dresses were not paid for when some were not only paid for but had already been picked up!

I then called to have one shipped and they raised the price by 5 dollars from the day before!! But I gave them my card number and the address. I then received an email the next day saying they got the numbers wrong and they couldn't find my phone number! So I called and said I would drive to get it the following day. When I arrived I was told it had been picked up a week ago!! I drove a long way, needeless to say I was upset.Granted my bridesmaid should have said something but if this was the way they operate how are they still around??!!



Don't go there for anything!

I came in after a horrific experience at another bridal salon in the area. I was walking around downtown and happened to walk by Sposa Bella (I didn't even know they were here). So I called and made an appointment to come in. Thank god I did!!



My previous experience consisted of a cramped room with only a few mirrors, so there were 3 brides looking in one mirror getting opinions from the people they brought with them-- not exactly the "special" experience I was hoping to get when shopping for my wedding dress.



Here I had a whole section with couches and mirrors where I could walk out and stand on a platform and everyone could see the different angles-- I felt like a model! The only downside was that I wasn't allowed to take any pictures of the dresses to send to my friends who weren't there.



Anyways, I ended up finding my DREAM dress and ordered it right away. They have a lot to choose from here, so it was hard at first- but I ended up finding the perfect dress!! The sales people are so sweet and didn't pressure me too much about buying a dress on the spot, so I was able to decide on my own to buy it.



When the dress came in, I was able to get it altered in the store because they have a seamstress there. Everything came out absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more happy!! Thank you Sposa Bella and staff!!!
